Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Drift, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Drift is an ADHD-friendly task management application. Features include task creation and organization, AI-powered task decomposition and walkthroughs, calendar integration, and recurring task management.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use Drift. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Free Trial & Subscriptions

New users receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using premium features.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes apply to their subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated means to access the service without our permission
• Abuse AI features by submitting harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all tasks, notes, and content you create in Drift. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

For AI features, task titles and descriptions may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate suggestions. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Drift available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any unavailability or loss of data caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Drift is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
